1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Products without original packaging

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support with your order number and issue details.

  2. Share pictures or video proof if required.

  3. Our team will review and approve the return request.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection.

  • Refunds may take 7–14 working days to reflect, depending on payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), shipping charges will be covered by shopup.pk.

  • Otherwise, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
