Conditions for returning the product
- Product seal must be intact.
- Item must be returned in its original condition
- The product should include all packaging and accessories (including warranty cards, manuals, certificates of authenticity, etc.)
- Please return all free or promotional items that are included with the purchase return otherwise lose their validity.
How long after delivery can I submit my claim

How will I be refunded in case of return
1. It will be issued on your ID registered with shopup.pk that you can use to make future purchases within 48 hours.
2. A cheque will be dispatched for your address within 7 business days after the item has been picked.
What if I receive a defective product
If you receive an electronic item or an edible product damaged / broken condition expired or any product that does not match its description, you can return it within 48 hours for replacement/exchange.
Products can not be returned but can be changed
